Rooms available for meeting/classes are:
		Conference Room, Art Room, Kitchen & Dance Room
Food and drinks are permitted ONLY in the kitchen and art room, and in the auditorium in the case of a dinner or reception.
A deposit of $100 is required on all auditorium bookings to confirm the space.
Final payments on all bookings must be paid the day before the event.
Any deposit paid will be forfeited if reservation is cancelled 7 days or less prior to the event.
Failure to abide by the policy handout you receive at the time of rental can result in additional charges (i.e. cleanup or damages) or refusal to rent to you or your group in the future.

Fee Schedule

	Meetings in classrooms
		4 hours with basic membership - $50
			Each additional hour - $10
		4 hours with partnership - Free up to 2 times per month

	Classes (Tues.-Sat. 10-9)

		4 hours with basic membership - $50	(+ $3 per person)
		
	Auditorium
	(including kitchen and 2 additional classrooms)

		Basic membership	- $350
		Partnership or non-profit partner - Free once a year
			(includes day prior to event for setup/decoration)

Exclusive use of building the night before your event (4-10pm) for decorating will be an additional charge of $100. Otherwise, there may be other people in the building during setup.

Outside Pavilion - $50
	w/ bathrooms - $90

Use of special lighting requires the services of paid technician - $100

Portable sound system - $50
This may also require a technician & additional fees. Ask for info.

Basic Membership $30/year
Non-profit partner $150 or 5 paid memberships/year
Partnerships $300/year
